dc.description.abstractAfrican communitarianism can be defined as a way of life for all African in their respective society, communalism is the bedrock of the wonderful relationship which exists in the traditional African society. it is the appreciation of communal life in patterning the behavior of member of the society .it simply deals with the individual in the society whereby the individual lives together as one members of the same family, it is based on the brotherhood of all in the community, it promote communal interaction, production and distribution of resource. There is no exclusive private ownership and use of property, although individual may own property, they are readily made available for others use. All individual achievement are seen as an achievement of the community.en
