Abstract
The research work tried to look at women education, its importance to women and the
society at large, it focused especially on importance of farther education to married women. basing its interest on the factors affecting the academic performance of married women in Directorate of Undergraduate Studies (DUS) Federal College of Education Yola. The methodology adopted in the conduct of this research covers the survey research designed which used the questionnaire to collect data at random using purposive sampling method.
