Abstract
This project is on financial planning and control in local government , a case study of Gwaram L.G.A, Jigawa state. Gwaram local government relies heavily on revenue from federal and state governments for examination and implementation of its programmes. As a result of this they tend to request or give little consideration to their internal sources of revenue.
