Abstract
This project is centre on the women empowerment, policy as a tools for rural development, in dutse local government. The project is divided into five (5) chapters. Chapter (1) deals with the introduction part of the project. Chapter (2) contains the literature review such as resition & in Dutse local government Jigawa state. Chapter (3) has the methodology and procedure. Chapter (4) contains the presentation and analysis of a women empowerment policy as a tools for rural development. Chapter (5) deals with summary, conclusion and recommendation.
