Abstract
The study examines agricultural funding as a tool for economy diversification in Nigeria.
Specific objectives are; to examine the benefits accruable from the diversification of the Nigerian
economy, to determine the prospects of agricultural funding in the diversification of the Nigerian
economy, to determine the contribution of agriculture in the growth and development of the Nigerian economy. The data used for the study was gathered through primary sources.
