Abstract
The study was carried out to analysis the concentration and environmental
implications of the following heavy metals: Caclnium (Cd), Iron (Fe), Copper (Cu).
lead (Pb) in Dass Local Govemment area of Bauchi State. The results obtained
from the analysis were compared with the WHO recommended standard for ll'ater
samples and average concentration in an undisturbed soil sample as compiled by
Rose et al, ( 1979) for soil samples
