Abstract
The ultimate purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of management information system on effective human resource management. A case study of Nigeria instituted of transport technology Zaria, Kaduna State. Its objectives emphasis towards determining the problems associated with Management Information System (M.I.S) and also to determine how Management Information System influences the human resource management, and to identify the benefits of Managment Information System (M.I.S) in the motivation workers, and lastly to determine the role played by management information system (M.I.S) in the achievement of organizational goals.
