Abstract
Banks are instruments that facilitate economic development in any country due to their roles in the nation economy. The development of knowledge and economic systems lead
to emerging of new kind of banks that offer services different from the earlier existing ones which include conventional and Islamic Banking. The conventional banking is practicing the interests based principles.
