dc.description.abstractThe primary aim of this study was to investigate the effect of work family conflict on women in selected organizations in Gusau L.G.A, Zamfara state. The objectives of the study was to examine the causes of work family conflict on women bankers, effects of family obligation on the career advancement of women and the relationship between work family conflict and job performance. The Border theory was used as the theoretical foundation of the study. Structured questionnaire was used as the primary instrument of data collection.en
