Abstract
The study investigated the effect of class size and attitude of students' on academic performance in selected secondary schools in Zaria Metropolis, Kaduna State. The population of the study consisted of Chemistry Students from 15 Secondary Schools. Three schools were randomly sample. The research design was a survey design method and questionnaire were used for to obtain data which were administered to both teachers and students. Three research questions one of which is "does large class size affect the attitude of students to chemistry?
