Abstract
This project focuses on the impact of manpower planning in the local government. Human resources have been previously identified as most important resources in any local government. Therefore, the knowledge of effective manpower planning is seen as a yardstick for meeting the dynamic of global challenges. It is in view of the above that the research reached into the impact of manpower planning in the local government.
