Abstract
The research examines the impact of Democratic leadership style in an organization as a key to organization growth, and its effect to employee and organization growth. And it improves employee productivity in an organization. The research applies the use of both primary and secondary methods of data collection. The findings revealed the contribution of Democratic leadership Style in an organization.
