This essay philosophically investigated the moral implication of child abuse in Nigeria. Child abuse practices have become an issue to be reckoned with in our society today, it is one of the predominant social problems which need a quick attention so as to protect the future of our youth in this generation. ln reaction to this, this essay aimed at examining the causes and the moral implications as well as, its effect on Nigeria. Not only that, but the essay also emphasized the need to provide a lasting solution using Immanuel Kant's "categorical imperative" as a yard stick in analyzing the problem of child abuse on the Nigerian society.en
