Item AUTOMATED BUS BOOKING SYSTEM (A CASE STUDY OF JIGAWA, KANO, KADUNA AND ABUJA(Federal University Dutse Jigawa State, 2021-08-12) YUSUF IBRAHIM; YUSUF IBRAHIMThe project studies some issues on implementation and also recommendations on how Online Bus Ticketing System web portal can take place effectively. This project uses waterfall model during the implementation of this software. ARGO UML software is used during the design of use cases, class diagram and activity diagram. The strength and weaknesses of the proposed system is also presented in this project. PHP, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, MYSQL database, and Xamp Server are the programming tools used in development of this research project.Item CONSTRUCTION AND ANALYSIS OF QUANTUM STOCHASTIC DYNAMICS USING NONCOMMUTATIVE ๐ณ๐ท โ SPACES(Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, 2011-08-26) YUSUF IBRAHIM; YUSUF IBRAHIMA noncommutative algebra involving operators of the form ๐ฮ ๐ผ (๐ก) โ ๐ฮ ๐ผ (๐ก) is defined. Using the noncommutative ๐ฟ๐ โspaces technique, we give a constructive approach to quantum Markov evolution of infinite system, based on the notion of the thermodynamic limit. The infinite Markov time evolution is constructed as the thermodynamic limit of the corresponding finite volume (dynamics) evolution. The extended Markov time evolution is then studied, with a view of addressing questions of exponential stability and ergodicity . In quantum spin system the existence of non local physical correlation at a phase transition is a manifestation of the entanglement among the constituents parts. We studied asymptotic entanglement within the frame work of open quantum systems for two independent quantum harmonic oscillators interacting with an environment. The question of separability is addressed using the Peres-Simon equationItem EFFECT OF EMPLOYEE MOTIVATION ON ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE A CASE STUDY OF FEDERAL UNIVERSITY GUSAU(Federal University Gusau Zamfara State, 2019-10-20) YUSUF IBRAHIM; YUSUF IBRAHIMThe issue of motivation has continually posed a big challenge to business organizations around the globe especially in the manufacturing industries where high levels play of productivity affect or a major role in determining the profitability, growth, development, stability and future success of an organization. Therefore an organization in a bid to achieve success in monitoring a competitive edge over its rival as well organization in a bid to achieve success and avoid a steady decline in the employees, must ensure productivity level of employees, must ensure productivity level of its members of the work force are adequately motivated. The primary purpose of this study is to examine the effect of employee motivation in organizational productivity. productivity. This effect of employee motivation on organizational productivity.
